How can I adjust the amount of my gift?
To adjust the amount or frequency of your gift, please contact us by email or phone. You will not have to provide your card information.
How can I cancel or pause my recurring giving?
You can contact us via email or phone, or fill out the form on this page. We'll cancel or pause your recurring gift as soon as we can.
My card expired. How can I update my expiration date?
For security reasons, NYF does not store your credit card information. This means that if your card has expired and you would like to update your information with a new expiration date, we will have to restart your recurring gift and receive your full credit card information again. To start a new recurring gift schedule, you can visit our online donation page below:

I have a new credit card. How can I change my payment method?
To change your payment method, you will have to start a new recurring donation with your new card, and end your old recurring gift. Please use the link below to start a new recurring gift schedule:
Once that's done, NYF will cancel your old recurring giving schedule.
You can also call us and we'll be happy to take care of it for you. Please have your new credit card information ready to share.
When will I receive my tax receipt?
To maximize the impact of recurring gifts, we usually send a single acknowledgement letter for your total annual contribution amount in early February of the new year. For example, for your total contribution in 2022, you will receive an acknowledgement letter in early 2023. Some members prefer to receive a letter with every donation. Please contact us if you would like this option instead!
Can I send a check every month or quarter instead of setting up an online recurring donation?
Absolutely! We have many members of the Circle of Compassion who prefer to mail checks to our office instead of making a commitment online. If you choose to mail physical checks and would like to receive pre-addressed envelopes and stamps for the year, please let us know!
