NYF welcomed our first patient/flood survivor at our Nutritional Rehabilitation Home in Kathmandu, which was converted into an emergency shelter for those who need a safe place to stay while receiving medical care. Our first patient is a woman from Rasuwa, one of the areas devastated by the floods. She was referred to us by the National Trauma Center in Kathmandu.
